Hey Cody! You just need to create a file at this location with the provided snippet.

/etc/ffserver.conf

And once you are done with all the steps, a stream would be available at this location:

http://localhost:8090/test1.swf.

So, just to clarify you don't need to create any file called test1.swf or test.swf etc. Just create a ffserver.conf file as the specified location.
